About the Role:
Join an exciting multinational organization undertaking a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a high-impact project focused on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP PM and EAM processes throughout implementation and migration projects.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution design.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, ensuring solutions align with S/4HANA best practices and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, super users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in all project phases, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation aligned with defined objectives and standards.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM).
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) in implementation and/or support roles.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA standard processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively.
- Solid understanding of integration flows within SAP and between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and accustomed to working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps in SAP project environments is a significant advantage.
- Ability to write clear, high-quality documentation, including blueprints and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of ABAP for troubleshooting and understanding custom developments is a plus.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) at a fully professional level
- Work Mode: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence as needed
