About the Role:
We are seeking an Application Expert – Authorisations to join the international Authorisation & Compliance team within Financial Systems, part of Finance Business Support (FBS). As a key member of a 12-person team, you will report to the Manager of Authorisation & Compliance and contribute to achieving the team’s objectives while supporting the Finance Systems mission and strategy. In this role, you will manage authorisation and compliance activities across the organisation, primarily supporting SAP ERP systems and the company’s Identity Management (IAM) system. The position involves harmonising processes across regions, fostering cross-border collaboration, and requires two international business trips for team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage authorisation and authority administration tasks across regions, handling access requests, error analysis, and system troubleshooting in IAM, SAP ERP (Classic and S4), SRM, and other systems.
- Serve as the primary interface (SPOC) for business areas, IT, other staff functions, and suppliers, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and high service quality.
- Support audit follow-ups and monitor compliance and risk within the team and Finance Business Support.
- Collaborate with risk owners to mitigate financial risks, including addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) and critical access issues.
- Assist with business changes such as company establishments, closures, and mergers.
- Participate in FBS or interdisciplinary projects, driving assignments independently and contributing to harmonised and standardised authorisation concepts and processes.
- Identify and propose process improvement initiatives, aiming to automate repetitive or low-value tasks.
- Contribute to defining requirements, troubleshooting, implementing, and testing change requests in authorisation management.
- Develop and maintain process and tool documentation for the team, Finance Business Support, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality services in line with established processes, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Completed Swedish Gymnasium (high school)
- 2–4 years of experience working with SAP
- Experience in authorisations and identity management systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes
- Experience in process development and project work
- Strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently
- Proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and manage internal and external interfaces effectively
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
