About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Authorisation Administrator for SAP to join an international Authorisation & Compliance team within Financial Systems, part of Finance Business Support (FBS). You will be part of a team of approximately 12 professionals, reporting to the Manager of Authorisation & Compliance. In this role, you will help achieve the targets of the Authorisation & Compliance team and act as an ambassador for the Finance Systems mission and strategy. You will support efficient authorisation processes, compliance activities, and cross-border collaboration, primarily in the SAP ERP environment, supported by an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage authorisation and access administration tasks across the organisation and partners, including handling access requests and troubleshooting issues in systems such as IAM, SAP (Classic and S4), SRM, etc.
- Serve as the main interface (SPOC) to business areas, IT, other staff functions, and outsourcing suppliers, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and excellent service delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on audit findings, risks, and compliance matters within the team and FBS scope.
- Collaborate with risk owners to mitigate risks, particularly in financial processes, including addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) and other critical access concerns.
- Support business changes such as establishment, closure, or mergers of entities.
- Participate in development projects within FBS or interdisciplinary/group-wide projects, managing smaller assignments independently.
- Contribute to harmonising and standardising authorisation processes, driving efficiency, and automating repetitive tasks.
- Define, describe, and support implementation of requirements in authorisation management, system troubleshooting, and development initiatives.
- Assist in developing documentation for processes, tools, and guidance for the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of services in accordance with policies, processes, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Completed Swedish Gymnasium
- 2–4 years of experience working with SAP, authorisations, and identity management systems
- Experience with ERP systems and financial processes
- Background in process development and project work
- Strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to navigate and operate effectively in large and complex organisations, managing internal and external interfaces
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
