About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Interim Manager who thrives on leadership challenges and is passionate about driving digital transformation. This role is pivotal in supporting key digitalization initiatives and contributing to organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for managing business-critical IT systems across multiple business areas, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and IT service providers. The pace of digitalization is rapid, and the group is involved in numerous ongoing projects. As Interim Manager, you will provide stability, clarity, and direction, ensuring sustainable delivery within a complex organizational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of approximately 15 employees responsible for the operation and management of critical IT systems.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the team, fostering engagement, motivation, and high performance.
- Manage the interface between the business and IT suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Identify challenges and implement solutions in a constructive and inclusive manner.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, using your influence to achieve organizational goals.
- Be an integral part of the department’s management team, reporting directly to the department manager.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in transforming teams or ways of working while maintaining motivation and development.
- Extensive experience leading teams in complex organizations and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong background in IT system management, ideally within a large organization with business-critical systems.
- Familiarity with SAP, GIS, measurement, and billing systems is advantageous but not required.
- Solid understanding of business operations, including costs, revenues, and efficiency.
- Strong leadership presence with a structured and attentive approach to team management.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to inspire, engage, and develop employees while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational priorities.
- Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in leveraging IT to create business value.
